Who we are
Ibaad Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We provide consultancy, business support and office administration to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.
Our clients are mostly independent, owner-run businesses such as restaurants, takeaways, shops and retailers. They know their trade inside out, but don’t have the time or staff to deal with utility contracts, suppliers and paperwork. We do that for them.
How we’re set up
Ibaad Limited is the company our clients contract with and the business responsible for the service they receive. Day-to-day sales, customer service and administration are carried out by our dedicated operations team, working to our procedures and under our oversight. That structure lets us offer a responsive, affordable service to small businesses.
What we don’t do
We work with businesses only. We don’t provide services to domestic (household) customers.
